Today I ran my first sub 33 minute 5k! I think the official time was 32:52.
Can I run a sub 30 for the 5k? I'm starting to think I could do it...

3.1 under 30 in your sleep. this 5k business is weak sauce - I watched this year's Ironman and saw 75 year olds and a guy with no legs complete it. training starts monday
I always attribute part of a good run's success to the mix of music driving my feet. With the earbuds in playing Kanye's 'Stronger' or any Timberland remix, I have no doubt you can shave off a minute or two of your current 5k time. When's the big race?
