Looking ahead to 2008!

Well, here is my first draft of goals and resolutions for 2008. These aren't concrete action plans and don't contain specifics, but hey, we have to start somewhere. Over the next week or so, I'll hash them out myself and by consulting with friends. I broke them down to 5 areas in my life on which I wanted to focus.

Here's to success in '08!

Nick Kenny’s 2008 Resolutions and Goals
(General Concepts & Ideas – Expand to concrete/stretch goals)

Financial:
- Minimize Credit Card debt
- Choose new Credit Card
- Grow emergency fund/home improvement account
- Pay off 1 other alternate loan
- Resume contributions to Roth IRA

Physical:
- Begin training for 5k
- Resume weight training at Key Largo
- Expand healthy eating habits
- Add/explore Daily vitamins/supplements

Professional:
- Explore Junior Broker program
- Establish 2008 goals w/ InvestorServices
- Create new opportunities for supplemental income

Charitable:
- Select meaningful charitable organization
- Volunteer for charitable org. on a consistent basis
- Select 2-3 other organizations for monetary donations

Personal:
- Create regular postings to blog
- Establish morning routine/wake-up time
- Reduce nights out w/ alcohol during week
- Improve Billiards game – focus on average
- Eliminate wasteful internet time
- Minimize/Improve 807 Broadhead
- Develop existing/seek out new friendships

will there be a timetable to coincide with the goals? do you have an Excel chart set up yet? how will you measure your successes?
